Accounts Payable
Accounts are paid on a mid-month and month-end schedule. Vendors can request payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) by submitting an EFT Application [PDF/224KB].
Accounts Receivable
Payments can be made by:
- cash, cheque, debit card or credit card at the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George's Service Centre
- credit card, with a Credit Card Authorization Form [PDF/267KB]
- EFT for landfill and transfer station account holders
- online, ATM or telephone system payments at financial institutions (Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Scotiabank, TD Canada Trust, BC Credit Unions) for utility and landfill accounts
- to set-up online payments, log into the financial institution's website and add either:
- "Fraser-Fort George, RD - Utilities" as a new payee using the utility account number (000-00000000-000)
- "Fraser-Fort George RD Landfill" as a new payee using the landfill account number (000)
