Berman Lake Regional Park is located 45 km west of Prince George, just off of Highway 16 on Norman Lake Road. The 38 ha (94 acre) park has 3 km of trails that follow the shoreline and naturally formed eskers. 

There are two separate picnic areas in the park, one in a treed area with a dock to launch canoes to explore the lake, and the other has a large open lawn with a sandy beach and a swimming area. The park also has picnic tables, fire pits, washrooms and change houses. Camping is not permitted.
