George Hicks Regional Park is a 2.5 ha (6 acre) park within the Village of Valemount. The park has a platform to view the spawning chinook salmon that travel from the Pacific Ocean, up the Fraser River to Swift Creek from late July to mid August each year. The park also has bus parking, information panels, picnic tables and washrooms. Camping is not permitted.

George Hicks was a long-time Valemount resident and the park is located on the Hicks homestead site from the 1920s.
