Updates on recycling services

The Recycle BC program is now available at the Mackenzie Select Waste Landfill and Regional Transfer Station, Quinn Street Recycling Depot and Valemount Regional Transfer Station.

Paper and packaging recycling drop off is temporarily suspended at all other Regional District transfer stations and landfills. More information on when these, and other depots, will be operational will be shared as soon as it is confirmed.  

Metal, compost, appliances, batteries and oil are still accepted for recycling at existing locations. Cardboard compaction is still available at the McBride transfer station locations.
