NorGrow compost is locally produced at the Foothills Boulevard Regional Landfill from residential and commercial yard and garden waste. It meets the criteria for Class A compost and it does not contain any residuals from municipal wastewater treatment plants.

When and where to buy NorGrow
NorGrow sales are scheduled to start on April 24, 2025 and it is usually available until October at Foothills Boulevard Regional Landfill.
U-load
Make sure to bring your own shovel!
- $6 minimum charge (3 cans or 1/2 m)
- $15 per m³
- available daily during regular business hours
We-load
- $7.50 minimum charge (3 cans or 1/2 m)
- $20 per m³
- available 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily (no loading on Wednesdays or statutory holidays)
