Harold Mann Regional Park is located on Eaglet Lake 50 km northeast of Prince George, off of Highway 16 East on Upper Fraser Road. The park is 13 ha in size and offers bird watching and wildlife viewing on trails along the creek, marsh and lake. The park also has a swimming area, picnic tables, fire pits, washrooms and change houses.

Harold Mann was a logger in the area in the 1930s. In the 1960s he was elected to the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George Board of Directors and he served as Chair from 1978 to 1979.
