Electoral Area F (Willow River-Upper Fraser)

Electoral Area F (Willow River-Upper Fraser) occupies 12,679 km² and includes Shelley, Giscome, Willow River, Upper Fraser, Sinclair Mills, Longworth and Penny. There are 1,249 residents within Electoral Area F.

• building inspection
• heritage conservation

Street lighting service and sewage holding tanks are provided in communities where residents have opted to pay for the service. Sinclair Mills has a community hall that is owned and operated by the Regional District.

Harold Mann Regional Park, named after a former local resident, is located on Eaglet Lake, 50 kilometres northeast of Prince George.
