Community Wildfire Resiliency Plans are being created for all Regional District 
electoral areas. As a resident, you can help design a plan that is responsive to 
your community’s wildfire risk and develop achievable action items.

Attend an open house or online meeting, or take an online survey to share your thoughts.

Attend an open house

All of the meetings will run from 4 to 8 pm. There will be a presentation at 6:30 pm, but you can drop by anytime to talk with representatives from the Regional District and Forsite, the project consultants.

  • Electoral Area H (Robson Valley-Canoe): 
    Tuesday October 15 at Dunster Community Hall, 7085 Read Road
  • Electoral Area C (Chilako River-Nechako): 
    Wednesday October 16 at Beaverly Fire Hall, 12615 Highway 16 West 
  • Electoral Area D (Tabor Lake -Stone Creek): 
    Thursday October 17 at Pineview Community Hall, 6470 Bendixon Road
  • Electoral Area A (Salmon River-Lakes): 
    Monday October 21 at Pilot Mountain Fire Hall, 9070 Syms Road
  • Electoral Area G (Crooked River-Parsnip): 
    Tuesday October 22 at Bear Lake Community Hall, 461 Hart Lake Road
  • Electoral Area F (Willow River-Upper Fraser Valley): 
    Wednesday October 23 at Willow River Community Hall, 55 Willow Avenue
  • Electoral Area E (Woodpecker-Hixon): 
    Thursday October 24 at Hixon Communty Hall, 502 Hixon Subdivision Road

If you cannot attend the open house in your area, you can particpate in an online meeting scheduled for Monday October 28 at 6:30 pm.
