Pay a bylaw ticket

You have 30 days from the day you receive a Bylaw Enforcement Notice to pay the ticket without any extra penalties.

You can pay the ticket in person at the Regional District office, or mail a cheque or money order. Please follow the instructions on the back of the ticket and include a copy of both sides of the ticket with your payment.

If you do not pay your ticket within 90 days, the Regional District may send the unpaid amount to a collection agency. After it is sent to collections, you can no longer pay the Regional District directly. The Regional District currently works with CMC Credit Management Corporation, and you can make your payment through them.
