Building Permit applications are available at the Regional District office in Prince George or online.
Please make sure you have completed and compiled all the required documents as incomplete applications cannot be submitted. Application fees are non‑refundable and cover the cost of reviewing and processing your application.
If you hire a contractor to complete construction work, it is still your responsibility as the property owner to make sure a Building Permit is approved before construction starts.
