Building Permit applications are available at the Regional District office in Prince George or online.
Please ensure that all required documents are ready for submission. Incomplete applications will not be accepted or processed. Application fees collected are non-refundable and cover the costs associated with reviewing and processing the application.
While contractors may be hired to complete construction work, it is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure that a building permit is obtained before construction starts.
