Nukko Lake Community Hall was lost in a fire on November 5, 2025.
Information meeting
The Regional District, the Nukko Lake Recreation Association and the Community Consultation Committee hosted an information meeting on March 8 for Nukko Lake community members on rebuilding the community hall.
The updates shared included that:
- an investigation declared the fire's origin and cause are unknown
- a survey and more in-person information sessions will be announced as the project progresses
- construction on a new community hall could start in 2027
