Election of the Chair and Vice Chair
The annual election was held for the Chair and Vice Chair of the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George's Board of Directors. Director Lara Beckett was acclamed and will remain as the Chair, and Director Art Kaehn was acclamed and will remain as the Vice Chair.
The Exploration Place
Representatives from The Exploration Place and the Fraser-Fort George Regional Museum Society made a presentation on their current activities and future plans. They highlighted their new programs, the popular Thursdays by donation event, the Pine Centre pop up location and the recently announced child-friendly STEAM interactive gallery.
Nukko Lake Community Hall
Nukko Lake Community Hall will receive $172,402 from the Community Works Fund for a new filtration and UV water treatment system and for repairs to the facility's sewage system.

The Board approved requests for Community Grants in Aid and Recreation Grants in Aid to:
Electoral Area A (Salmon River-Lakes)
- Ness Lake Recreation Commission for $498 for program expenses
- Nukko Lake Recreation Commission for $2,300 for a Halloween event
- Salmon Valley Community Association for $5,000 for insurance and program and operational expenses
Electoral Area C (Chilako River-Nechako)
- Nadsilnich Lake Community Association for $2,583 for an AED machine
Electoral Area D (Tabor Lake-Stone Creek)
- Prince George Snowmobile Club for $6,000 for insurance
Electoral Area G (Crooked River-Parsnip)
- Bear Lake Recreation Association for $2,680 for insurance
Electoral Area H (Robson Valley-Canoe)
- Dunster Fine Arts School Society for $5,000 for insurance
- McBride Daycare Society for $4,000 for operating expenses
- McBride District Volunteer Firefighters Association for $483 for rental fees and event insurance
- McBride District Volunteer Firefighters Association for $3,000 for fireworks
- McBride Secondary PAC for $217 for event insurance
