On Saturday October 18, Regional District of Fraser-Fort George sites are open and following their regular operating schedules.
As part of the job action initiated by CUPE 1699, the Regional District has been notified that CUPE members will not collect fees at some Regional District sites today.
For residents, this means there are:
- no fees for small loads of household garbage at Mackenzie Select Waste Landfill and Transfer Station*
- no fees for drop-in activities at Robson Valley Recreation Centre and Canoe Valley Recreation Centre
