The Regional District and CUPE 1699 have reached a tentative Collective Agreement ending job action. All Regional District facilities are now able to return to their regular operations.
Robson Valley Recreation Centre in McBride and Canoe Valley Recreation Centre in Valemount reopened today and they will now be open everyday from 6 am to 9 pm.
Foothills Boulevard Regional Landfill and all transfer stations will be following their regular operating schedules starting tomorrow, Friday November 21.

As part of this return to regular operations, the $6 fee for a small load of household garbage is no longer waived and it will be charged at Foothills Boulevard Regional Landfill and Vanway Regional Transfer Station.
